Key responsibilities

Skills and Experience:

  • Qualified and accredited coach would be advantage.
  • Experience of delivering change programmes and learning and development initiatives; specific experience in shaping or embedding a shared services environment would be an advantage.
  • Experience of delivering an employee engagement agenda inclusive of internal communications.
  • Experience of the CSR agenda Previous experience of working with employee representatives and/or trade unions.
